By accessing or using topsheet.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.
2. Nature of the platform
Topsheet is an educational and analytical tool for mutual fund research. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution under SEBI or any other regulatory body. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or mutual fund.
All outputs — including portfolio analysis, stress test results, Monte Carlo projections, overlap reports, and optimisation weights — are based on historical data and statistical models. They are provided for informational purposes only. See our full Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Topsheet. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via the Contact page if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial research and educational purposes. Specifically, you may:
- Analyse mutual funds using the tools provided
- Save and manage your own portfolio configurations
- Share analysis outputs for personal or educational discussion
5. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform or its APIs
- Resell, redistribute, or republish analysis outputs as your own commercial product
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including the code, design, tool logic, written content, and branding — is the property of Topsheet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
Data sourced from AMFI India, NSE Indices, and other third parties remains the property of those respective organisations. Topsheet does not claim ownership over publicly available fund or index data.
7. User-submitted data
By entering fund selections, portfolio weights, or any other data into the Platform, you grant Topsheet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that data to provide and improve the Platform's analytical features. This licence is limited to operating the Platform — we will never sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. No warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- Any data, analysis, or projection will be accurate, complete, or current
- The Platform will meet your specific requirements
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Topsheet and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on any output or analysis.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
